WSF type shaftless spiral sand water separator

Purpose: Used in sewage treatment sedimentation tanks to separate the sand and water mixture discharged from the sedimentation tank.

Features: This product is designed based on the digestion of imported products and improved according to their usage in China. It solves the problems of inconvenient replacement of lining strips and non adjustable screw axial position in some foreign products. Its features are as follows:

1. The separation efficiency can reach 96% -98%, and particles with a diameter greater than or equal to 0.2mm can be separated;

Construction and working process:

The sand water mixture is input into the water tank from the top of the separator. The heavier particles in the mixture, such as sand particles, will settle at the bottom of the groove. Under the push of the spiral blades, the sand particles are lifted along the inclined U-shaped groove bottom and continue to move a certain distance away from the liquid surface. After the sand particles are fully dehydrated, they are discharged into the sand bucket through the sand discharge port, and the water separated from the sand is discharged from the overflow port to achieve the separation purpose.
