Working Principle:

The YXG type circulating rake toothed grid cleaning machine is a grid mesh composed of a set of pear shaped engineering plastic rake teeth connected in series. Driven by a reducer, the grid mesh rotates in the opposite direction of water flow. When the grille mesh is moved to the upper part of the equipment, under the guidance of the groove guide wheel and curved rail, relative self-cleaning motion is generated between each row of rake teeth. Most of the debris falls down by gravity, while a small amount of debris is washed clean by a specially designed automatic cleaning device that sticks to the rake teeth.

1. The grid mesh composed of pear shaped engineering plastic rake teeth effectively intercepts debris and reduces debris leakage.

2. The use of a closed grid net traction chain can prevent debris from jamming the grid net traction chain and improve work reliability.

5. 6. An over torque protection device is designed on the output shaft end of the reducer. When the equipment is overloaded, it can emit sound and light alarms and cut off the power supply.
