The YCG rotary grid cleaning machine mainly consists of a toothed rake, a closed rotary traction chain, a rotary guide wheel, a groove guide wheel, a fixed grid, a slag baffle, a frame, and a drive system.
Under the action of the driving system, the enclosed rotary traction chain drives the toothed rake to rotate from bottom to top. When the toothed rake reaches the upstream surface of the grate, it automatically inserts into the gap of the grate to remove the debris intercepted on the grate, and with the movement of the traction chain, it scrapes the debris through the discharge port and into the belt conveyor or garbage bin.
structural characteristics
The equipment specifications are divided into YCG800-YCG4000 according to machine width, with a grid gap greater than 10, usually used to remove larger suspended solids in water, commonly known as coarse grids.
1. Designed a closed toothed rake traction chain to prevent debris from entering the traction chain and affecting the normal operation of the equipment.
2. The lower rotating guide wheel adopts nylon bearings, which have a simple structure and are maintenance free.
3. There is an over torque protection device installed on the conveying shaft end of the reducer. When the equipment is overloaded, it can emit sound and light alarms and cut off the power supply.
4. An anti chain detachment device is installed at the rotating guide wheel to improve the operational reliability of the equipment.
Adopting an integrated design, only one lifting is required for the installation of the entire machine. Therefore, installation and debugging are very convenient, and the requirements for civil engineering are not high. Only 650 × 150 × 16 steel plates (with anchor feet) need to be pre embedded on both sides of the grid well for two sounds.
