Overview

The high-efficiency slow-release chlorine tablet disinfection machine adopts a chemical relief process, using CI solid tablets as the main raw material, and slowly releasing chloride ion mixed disinfectant through water agent ratio mixing; Industrial circulating cooling water for sterilization and algae removal; Industrial wastewater has the effects of decolorization and deodorization.

The high-efficiency slow-release chlorine tablet disinfection machine adopts intelligent and manual types, with stable release, proportional dosing, and real-time display of equipment status, operation instructions, parameter settings, and other information, which can flexibly meet the system process requirements. Adopting the dissolution method, automatic slow-release, and chlorination process design, the disinfectant produced by the rational mixing and slow-release of CL solid agents containing more than 80% as the main raw material is put into the required water tank (well) and fully contacted for sterilization and disinfection.

The inlet, connecting power water, and water pressure requirements are below 0.15Mpa. If the rated water pressure is exceeded, a pressure reducing valve must be installed in advance. The outlet (disinfectant mixture) directly contacts the raw water in the water tank (well), or is connected to the inlet pipe of the water pump. Add medication (CL), remove the top cover, rotate the medication chamber cover, add the required amount of medication, cover and seal. Connect the power supply, turn on the indicator power switch (the indicator light is on) to start (non powered devices do not require power). Gradually open the inlet ball valve and adjust it from small to large to the required flow rate of L/min. Residual chlorine detection: detect residual chlorine in the water on the second day, adjust the dosage and flow rate based on the results, and detect residual chlorine at the end of the pipeline network three days later.
