Pipes made of metal, hard plastic, fiberglass and other pipes and fittings are usually referred to as "air ducts"; The pipes made of bricks, concrete masonry, or precast concrete slabs, gypsum boards, or wooden boards are called "air ducts". Ventilation and dust removal pipelines are generally installed in above ground or underground pipe galleries and trenches, and some are also arranged in foundations or building structures, and constructed simultaneously with civil engineering. The main requirements for installing ventilation and dust removal pipelines are: the inside of the pipeline should be flat to ensure smooth transportation of the medium; The connection is tight and there is no leakage; Perform necessary anti-corrosion and wear-resistant treatments to extend the lifespan of the pipeline.

The centralized welding smoke filter cartridge purifier adopts polyester coated PTFE membrane filter cartridge, with a purification efficiency of 99.9%, meeting indoor emission standards; Microcomputer pulse control automatic dust cleaning. Flexible ash bucket drawer device, easy to maintain. The multi station welding dust purification system can achieve variable frequency regulation function. According to the changes in the use of workstations, the variable frequency system automatically removes dust and air volume, achieving the goal of energy conservation.
(3) The industrial dust generated by polishing and purification equipment mostly floats in the air in a chemical form, and is mostly composed of sub micron particles, which are easily absorbed by the human body and pose great harm to workers. When dust is suspended in the air and reaches an explosive concentration, it will explode when it encounters a source of fire (including open flames, static electricity, friction, etc.). Dust explosion is one of the hazardous explosions in factory explosion accidents, and the more enclosed the workshop, the greater the explosive power.
① For the treatment of small-scale grinding and polishing dust, a grinding and polishing workbench with dust removal function and a grinding and polishing workshop can be used.
