With intermittent water supply, the brush flywheel device automatically wipes the quartz glass sleeve and the inner wall of the cylinder up and down, completing the cleaning work of the inner wall of the UV sterilization device cylinder and the quartz glass sleeve, and improving the sterilization effect of the UV sterilization device.
