working principle

The YBG type circulating rake plate grille cleaning machine is a new grille product developed by our company. It mainly consists of components such as frame, groove guide wheel, lower guide wheel, rake plate traction chain, rake plate group, cleaning device, rear grille, etc.

Driven by the motor reducer, the rake plate rotates in the opposite direction of the water flow along with the traction chain. The debris in the water is intercepted by the rake plate and transported to the discharge port along with it. Under the action of the cleaning device, it is scraped off the belt conveyor or garbage bin. Then the rake plate continues to operate from top to bottom, and a small amount of debris that leaks through the rake plate is intercepted by the rear grate (fixed). At this time, the rake plate continues to remove the debris intercepted by the rear grate. These scraped debris move with the rake plate to the front of the grate and are transported to the discharge port.

Scope of Application

The YBG type circulating rake plate type grid cleaning machine is mainly suitable for urban drainage pump stations, water conservancy, urban sewage plants, water plant water intakes, power plant water intakes, etc., as a coarse grid for intercepting large debris. Due to the creative design of the rear grille, even a small amount of small debris leaking through the rake plate can be effectively removed.

For example, a large water conservancy flood discharge pump station was originally designed with 8 rotary grid trash removers. Because the designed grid bar gap was 50MM, after actual use, we found that a large number of small sundries such as plastic foam vest bags still leaked through the grid bar, thus the pump was blocked for many times, and the grid set failed to protect the pump. Moreover, there have been multiple incidents of wood and bamboo getting stuck in the gaps between the bars during operation, causing the rake teeth to jam and the safety pin to break. If the YBG type circulating rake plate grille cleaning machine is used, these problems can be completely solved.

If the rake plate of this type of grille is covered with stainless steel mesh, it can be used as a fine grille in sewage treatment, and there is no rear grille bar at this time.

Note: When the machine width exceeds 1500ram per day, it should be designed as a parallel connection, and the installation form of the parallel connection is exactly the same as that of a single machine. For example, YBG2Q00 is designed as two single machines with a width of 1000ram connected in parallel, using a set of driving devices with a suitable groove width of 2100mm
