Overview:

The YDP1320 oxidation ditch disc aerator is a new type of aerator developed by our company. The core component of this product, the disc aerator, is made of fiberglass through one-time die-casting. The entire unit has a simple structure, easy installation and maintenance, low energy consumption, high oxygenation efficiency, long service life, and convenient operation and management. It can be applied to various projects that use oxidation ditch technology in water treatment.

Structure and working principle:

The equipment mainly consists of a disc-shaped aeration plate, a transmission spindle, a waterproof wall, and a driving mechanism. The disc-shaped aeration plate is composed of two semi-circular components. The disc-shaped aeration plate rotates under the action of the driving mechanism, thereby splashing water and fully contacting the air. At the same time, the air is brought into the water by the rotation of aeration and forcibly cut, allowing the air and water to fully contact and promote the transfer of oxygen. Downstream of the disc aerator, a tilted guide plate is also installed to guide the mixed liquid containing bubbles after oxygenation towards the bottom of the tank, increase the bottom flow rate, enhance the mixing of gas and water, prolong the residence time of bubbles in the mixed liquid, thereby improving oxygenation efficiency and improving the flow rate and dissolved oxygen distribution of sewage in the oxidation ditch.
