I. Overview

The YHS-3 integrated oil mixed water online monitoring and transmission controller is used for real-time online monitoring of water content in oil systems of hydropower stations, thermal power plants, and large pumping stations. When the water content in the fuel tank and oil pipeline exceeds the alarm set value, an alarm signal is issued to remind the on duty personnel to check the system in a timely manner to ensure the safe operation of the generator set.

The alarm value can be continuously adjusted within the range of moisture content. When the moisture content reaches the alarm set value, the alarm indicator light and alarm relay contacts will activate.
4、 Working principle

The device consists of two functions: capacitive sensors and online monitoring and processing. Capacitive sensors consist of inner and outer electrodes (equivalent to two plates of a capacitor) and circuit components. When water seeps into the oil, the capacitance value composed of the inner and outer electrodes changes significantly due to the large difference in dielectric constants between the two. The sensor circuit generates a stable high-frequency square wave. When the capacitance value changes, the frequency of the square wave changes. After processing and amplifying the signal, the sensor outputs the corresponding current signal.

The measurement principle of flow switch is thermal conductivity, with two thermal resistors on the measuring probe, one of which measures the temperature of the medium; The other thermistor is heated, and when the liquid flows, it takes away heat, creating a certain temperature difference between the heated thermistor and the medium. The faster the medium flow rate, the greater the temperature difference. By measuring the temperature difference between the two resistors, a switch signal is sent out. The flow switch has no movable parts, the action value is adjustable, and the component model is not affected by changes in the measuring pipeline. The flow switch based on this measurement principle is now widely used in power stations. Feedback from the application of flow switches in several power stations by Guotou Hydropower Co., Ltd. shows that this meter can meet the requirements of installation conditions.
