YJQD type integrated hydraulic opening and closing machine

The YJQD integrated hydraulic hoist is mainly used for opening and closing gates in water conservancy projects such as water supply, drainage, water diversion, and flood control.

Structure and working principle

Integrated opening and closing machine is a new type of electromechanical integrated opening and closing mechanism, which is mainly composed of hydraulic cylinder, oil pump, motor, oil tank, oil filter, and hydraulic control valve combination. The working principle is based on a motor as the power source, which drives a bidirectional oil pump to output pressure oil. The piston is driven by components such as an oil circuit integrated block to control the opening and closing of the gate.

4. Hydraulic transmission has a high efficiency of over 80%, and under the same opening and closing force, the motor power is only half of that of ordinary motor opening and closing machines.

5. Fully enclosed structure. The structure is simple and compact, with a small volume. Different exterior structures can be designed according to different installation spaces, and it is dustproof and waterproof.
