Working Principle:
The YSG integrated three cable grid cleaning machine is mainly composed of a frame, grid bars, slag blocking plates, guide grooves, rake buckets, traction differential steel wire ropes, lifting mechanisms, differential mechanisms, and other components. Its working process is divided into: cleaning rake downward, closing rake, upward, and slag discharge.
1. Downward movement of the cleaning rake: Driven by the elevator mechanism, the traction wire rope drives the cleaning rake to descend along the guide groove. When descending, the differential mechanism drives the rake bucket to open.
2. Combining the rake: When the cleaning rake reaches the bottom of the channel, the induction switch sends a signal, the differential mechanism operates, and the cleaning rake is combined for cleaning.
3. Upward movement: After the cleaning rake is closed, the lifting mechanism starts to move, and the traction wire rope drives the cleaning rake to move up along the guide groove. At the same time as going up, scrape the debris intercepted on the grating into the rake.
4. Slag discharge: The cleaning rake rises to the discharge port and, under the action of the cleaner, scrapes the slag into the garbage truck.
Structural features:
1. Automatic control of rake bucket movement (programmable controller and liquid level difference control can be used according to user requirements).
2. A carefully designed rope guide mechanism has completely solved the problem of tangled ropes.
3. Upper and lower limit height limiters have been set. When the rake bucket descends to the bottom of the well and the steel rope loses gravity, the rope release switch of the upper pulley mechanism will be activated; When the rake bucket rises to its limit position, the induction switch will activate and instantly cut off the power supply.
4. A set of induction switches has been set up to control the opening and closing of the rake bucket, ensuring that the opening and closing actions of the rake bucket are in place and reliable.
5. Equipped with an over torque protection device, when the working load of the rake bucket exceeds the design value, the device will activate, cut off the power supply, and sound an alarm.
6. When there is too much garbage deposited at the bottom of the well, the rake bucket encounters obstacles when it descends. The upper rope release switch is activated to stop the descent and close the rake, and the deposited garbage is cleared in stages.
