ZCGX vertical center drive scraper suction machine

　　The ZCGX vertical center drive scraper suction machine is suitable for medium and large radial flow sedimentation tanks with central inlet, peripheral outlet, and central discharge. It is mainly used for suction and discharge of sludge in secondary sedimentation tanks of urban sewage treatment plants.

Structure and working principle

The equipment adopts a central transmission and vertical frame type. Sewage flows from the inlet column pipe into the guide tube for diffusion, and then flows out uniformly in a radial manner to the surrounding area. The suspended sludge settles at the bottom of the pool after sedimentation. The driving device drives the central vertical frame to rotate, and drives the scraper arm and scraper plate to rotate. The scraper collects the sludge and draws it to the central mud cylinder through the suction pipe by relying on the static water pressure in the pool. It is then discharged outside the pool through the central discharge pipe. The floating slag on the water surface is introduced into the slag discharge hopper through the rotating skimming device and discharged outside the pool, while the supernatant overflows into the outlet groove through the triangular outlet weir plate for discharge.

Main features

1. The working bridge adopts a half bridge type, and its material can be carbon steel or stainless steel structure;

2. The driving device adopts a combination of helical gear reducer and worm gear reducer to ensure output torque and speed, with high transmission effect;

3. The reducer is equipped with an over force torque protection device, ensuring safe and reliable operation;

4. There are two types of skimming methods: plate skimming and tube skimming;

5. Each suction pipe forms its own unit, and the flow rate can be adjusted by the opening of the suction pipe mouth to control the sludge return ratio;

6. The equipment is easy to operate and can be directly controlled locally/remotely for its operation
