ZCN type suspended center drive concentrator

The ZCN suspended center drive thickener is mainly used for concentrating sedimentation sludge in small and medium-sized tanks in urban sewage treatment plants or industrial wastewater treatment projects; This equipment adopts the method of gravity concentration to reduce the volume of sludge, thereby reducing the processing load of sludge dewatering and improving the dewatering effect, as a pretreatment for sludge dewatering operation.

Structure and working principle

The equipment adopts a central transmission and suspension type. The sewage flows into the diffuser from the inlet pipe under the working bridge and spreads evenly around the pool. The driving device drives the central vertical shaft to rotate and drives the scraper arm and concentration grid to rotate. The sludge collides with the grid to accelerate the bonding and settling between the sludge, improving the sludge settling effect. The separated supernatant overflows into the outlet tank through a triangular outlet weir plate and is discharged.

Main features

1. The work bridge adopts a full bridge structure, which can be made of carbon steel, stainless steel or concrete structure;

2. The driving device adopts a vertical three-stage cycloidal pinwheel reducer or a combination of helical gear reducer and worm gear reducer to ensure the output torque and speed;

3. Concentrated grids are arranged equidistant on the scraper arm to increase the concentration effect;

4. The lower end of the vertical shaft of the mud scraper is equipped with an underwater bearing and a scraper to avoid the deviation of the vertical shaft during rotation and the accumulation of sludge in the mud collection tank.

5. Set up mechanical and electrical dual overload protection for safe and reliable operation;

6. The equipment is easy to operate and can be directly controlled locally/remotely for its operation.
