ZCX type center drive single (double) pipe suction mud machine

The ZCX type center driven single (double) pipe suction mud machine is suitable for large and medium-sized sedimentation tanks with surrounding inflow, outflow, and central drainage. It is mainly used for suction and discharge of sludge in secondary sedimentation tanks of urban sewage treatment plants.

Structure and working principle

The equipment adopts a central transmission and vertical frame type. Sewage enters the surrounding water distribution tank and flows evenly into the tank through the bottom water distribution hole. Under the action of the surrounding water blocking skirt, the water flows from the bottom of the tank to the center, and the sludge settles at the bottom of the tank by its own weight, forming a separation of mud and water. The driving device drives the central vertical frame to rotate and drives the scraper arm and suction pipe to rotate. Under the action of static water pressure, the sludge uniformly enters the suction port arranged on the suction pipe, and then is discharged out of the tank through the sleeve valve of the discharge well through the central discharge pipe. The amount of sludge discharged can be controlled by the lifting degree of the sleeve valve. The floating slag on the water surface is skimmed to the edge of the tank by the skimming device, and then scraped into the slag discharge by the scraper rake. The liquid is discharged from the bucket to the outside of the pool, while the supernatant overflows into the outlet tank through a triangular outlet weir plate and is discharged.

Main features

1. The inlet and outlet channels around the sedimentation tank are designed with edge sections to ensure uniform water distribution and outflow around the sedimentation area.

2. The driving device adopts a combination of helical gear reducer and worm gear reducer to ensure output torque and speed, with high transmission effect; The reducer is equipped with an over force torque protection device, ensuring safe and reliable operation

3. When Φ ≤ 40m, use a single-sided straw, Φ>40m, Then use double-sided straws;

4. The suction pipe discharges sludge in a horizontal perforated manner, which does not interfere with the flow of different species in the pool and ensures the stability of the effluent.

5. The suction port on the conical suction pipe is uniquely designed with variable hole spacing, from inside to outside, from small to large, to ensure balanced suction of the entire tank bottom, increase suction concentration, and save sludge reflux power;

6. There are two types of skimming methods: plate skimming and tube skimming (the former is often used);

7. The equipment is easy to operate and can be directly controlled locally/remotely for its operation.
