The surface of the material forms a dense Cr ₂ O ∝ oxide film at high temperatures, effectively blocking oxygen corrosion. After tempering treatment, its oxidation weight gain rate is only 0.15mg/cm ² · h (1200 ℃ environment), and its service life is 3.5 times that of traditional materials.

creep resistance

At a high temperature of 950 ℃, the persistent strength remains at 320MPa and the grain size reaches ASTM grade 8, ensuring structural stability during long-term use.

Wear resistance and thermal shock resistance

Nanoscale Si ∝ N ₄ particles are dispersed at grain boundaries, enhancing the hardness of the material (Vickers hardness reaches 280HV at 800 ℃) and improving its resistance to thermal fatigue. The thermal shock test shows that the material tray can withstand 300 cycles of 950 ℃ - room temperature rapid cooling without cracking, which is 6 times higher than traditional materials.

Through precision casting technology and strict dimensional tolerance control, the flatness error of the material tray surface is ensured to be less than 0.5mm, meeting the uniform heating requirements of precision parts. For example, in low-temperature tempering and annealing furnaces, high flatness can prevent the workpiece from deforming due to uneven stress.

Wear resistant strengthening treatment

Some manufacturers perform sandblasting treatment on the surface of the material tray to further improve wear resistance and reduce wear caused by slight displacement of small workpieces during heating.

Quality Inspection Standards

During production, a 5MHz ultrasonic testing instrument is used for inspection, with a probe size of 12mm × 10mm elliptical. Internal defects are strictly inspected to ensure that the fixture does not break or experience other issues when subjected to high temperature load.
