ZGSJ type chain sand scraper

Purpose:

The chain sand scraper is mainly used in the horizontal flow sedimentation tank of sewage treatment plants to scrape the sand at the bottom of the sedimentation tank to the outside of the tank.

Structure and working principle

The chain sand scraper mainly uses the scraper on the rotating chain to scrape the sand that has settled at the bottom of the pool out of the pool and into the collection bucket, completing the separation of sand and water. It can run continuously or intermittently, and discharges sand close to dry sand without further separation. The chain sand remover mainly consists of a transmission device, a transmission bracket, a sand guide cylinder, a sand guide groove, a guide rail, a chain and scraper, a guide wheel, a tensioning device, etc.
