ZZF screw filter machine

The ZZF screw filter can be installed directly in the water channel or inside the container. When sewage flows through a tilted sieve, floating, settling, and suspended substances are effectively intercepted and separated for extraction. During mechanical operation, the screen mesh can be self cleaned by a slag cleaning brush installed on the screw plate.

Because the cleaning and dewatering processes of the filter residue are carried out in the same machine, the grid room eliminates the need for a conveyor and a press, thereby minimizing investment and processing costs.

This integrated filtration, flushing, and pressing system can be combined with the garbage bag device, allowing the entire device to work in a closed system and avoiding secondary pollution of the environment by odors.
