ZZPX fully immersed fiber disc filter

ZZPX fully immersed fiber disc filter is mainly used for urban upgrading and renovation. Used for advanced treatment of sewage, it is installed after conventional activated sludge process, delayed aeration process, SBR system, oxidation ditch system, drip filter system, and oxidation pond system. The effluent SS is ≤ 10mg/L, turbidity is ≤ 2NTU, and the actual operating effluent is of higher quality.

Fiber disc filter includes: central cylinder and filter cloth disc, inlet weir, outlet weir, drive setting, reverse suction pump and sludge discharge system, fixed bracket components and fasteners, local control box and other equipment.

Structure and working principle

After filtering the water, the fluffy fiber filter cloth automatically adheres to the bottom cloth under the action of water pressure, forming a dense filtering layer. Suspended solids gradually accumulate on its surface, and the filtered clean water flows from the filter disc skeleton into the central cylinder and then out from the outlet. When suspended solids accumulate to a certain extent, they will automatically fall off and settle to the bottom of the tank, and then be sent to the sludge treatment system for disposal through the suction pipe at the bottom of the tank.
