3. Technical characteristics of protective cabinet (or screen)
3.1 The cabinet (or screen) includes all complete sets of equipment or individual components installed on it, which have sufficient mechanical strength and correct installation methods. Meet the requirements of the DL/T720 General Technical Specification for Power System Relay Protection Cabinets and Screens. Our company is fully responsible for the correctness of the internal wiring of the protective cabinet (or screen). Under the specified environmental conditions, the characteristics and functions of the supplied equipment should fully meet the requirements of the technical specifications.
3.2 The mechanical structure of the protective cabinet (or screen) is capable of defense;
dust
damp
Salt pollution
Insects and animals
The specified high and low temperatures
Vibration of protective cabinet bracket
3.3 For ease of operation and maintenance, use standardized components and assemblies:
3.4 There are doors in front and behind the protective cabinet, and the front door has a glass window made of shielding material. Can monitor internal drop signals and signal lights. When the door is opened and closed, it is protected from misoperation. The front and rear doors of the protective cabinet should be embedded, with a thickness of 600mm including the thickness of the door. The front door is a single door, with the door shaft on the left (right) hand side (based on the person facing the front of the protective cabinet). The rear door is a double door, and the front and rear doors should be locked. The height of the cabinet, including the nameplate height (60mm), is 2260mm. The cabinet width is 800mm. A single-layer small busbar frame (with 16 small busbars) is installed above 2200mm on the top of the cabinet, and the front and rear screen arches of the screen body can be removed.
3.5 The protective cabinet and its equipment are suitable for earthquake prone areas,
3.6 The protective cabinet is equipped with a copper grounding busbar with a cross-section of 100mm, which is insulated from the screen body. The end of the grounding busbar is equipped with reliable crimping terminals for connection to the grounding grid of the power station.
All grounding wires on the cabinets should be connected to the grounding busbar with at least two screws. In addition, there is a hole with a diameter of 5mm left every 10cm on the grounding busbar:
The arrangement of equipment and terminals in the 3.7 protection cabinet ensures the independence of each set of protection, and does not affect the normal operation of any other protection system during maintenance of one set of protection.
3.8 The internal wiring in the protective cabinet adopts insulated copper wire with sufficient strength that is heat-resistant, moisture resistant, and flame-retardant.
3.9 The wire should be undamaged, and the end of the wire should be connected with a compression type connector; Our company provides cable trays for fixing cables and terminal blocks.
3.10 Terminal block ensures sufficient insulation level (rated voltage not less than 800V):,
3.11 The terminal block should be segmented and have at least 20% spare terminals, which can be added if necessary.
3.12 The wiring leading to the terminal block should consider the rationality of cable outgoing lines. The terminals led out from the same cable should be arranged on the same side of the terminal that is closer. The circuit that may introduce two or more cable cores must have sufficient connection ends to avoid one terminal pressing two wires.
The tripping lead wire on terminal block 3.13 is not connected to adjacent terminals of the DC power supply, and the positive and negative terminals of the DC power supply are also not connected to adjacent terminals.
3.14 CT and PT circuits use AC breakable test terminals, while signal circuits use breakable terminals; The cross-sectional area of the AC circuit wire shall not be less than 2.5mm2
3.15 The DC characteristic fast small switch of each device should have action indication and sufficient interruption capacity. Select imported DC characteristic miniature circuit breakers for DC small switches.
The interior and exterior of the 3.16 screen must be cleaned, and all debris and stains inside and outside should be removed.
3.17 We guarantee the anti-corrosion performance of the painted surfaces inside and outside the protective cabinet during transportation, storage, and normal operation.
3.18 Each cabinet and its devices (including relays, control switches, control circuit switches, and other independent equipment) have label boxes for clear identification: equipment with movable enclosures also have the same identification markings on the equipment body.
3.19 For components and plugins that must be replaced according to the manufacturer's regulations, special symbols are marked.
The connections between the devices inside the 3.20 protection cabinet and the screen terminal block, as well as between devices, are clearly marked.
The external dimensions of the 3.21 cabinet are 2260 (2360) × 800 × 600mm.
