The classic principle of coagulation and sedimentation in water supply is to add coagulants to destabilize small suspended solids and colloidal particles. At the same time, micro sand with a particle size of 135 μ m is synergistically added. Under the action of mechanical stirring, it is widely dispersed in micro eddies. In the collision and agglomeration with small particles, micro sand effectively adheres to form floc nuclei, aggregates into large and heavy floc particles, improves sedimentation efficiency, and enables rapid removal of pollutants.

Characteristic production points:

1. Wet perimeter is large, hydraulic radius is small.

2. The laminar flow state is good, and particle settling is not affected by floc flow interference.

3. When the length of the inclined pipe is 1 meter, the effective load is designed at 3-5 tons per square meter per hour. V0 is controlled within the range of 2.5-3.0 millimeters per second, resulting in excellent effluent quality.

4. At the water intake, a honeycomb inclined pipe with a length of 2.0-3.0 meters can be used for safe operation and treatment in high turbidity environments with a mud and sand content of 50-100 kg/m3.

5. Adopting inclined tube sedimentation tank, its processing capacity is 3-5 times that of horizontal flow sedimentation tank, and 2-3 times that of accelerated clarification tank and pulse clarification tank.
