1、 Structure and Principle
The Ma Shi water film dust collector is mainly composed of a Venturi, a main cylinder, an upper water injection tank, a lower overflow hole, a cleaning hole, a secondary cylinder, and a connecting flue (steel-concrete structure). Its working principle is that the dusty airflow enters the Venturi through the inlet flue and is uniformly sprayed by water at the entrance of the throat. Due to the high-speed movement of the flue gas, the sprayed water is melted into fine water mist, which moistens the ash in the flue gas.
In this process, the ash in the flue gas is wetted, increasing its weight and facilitating centrifugal separation. In the high-speed floc flow state, due to the large difference between water droplets and dust particles, their velocity difference is also large. In this way, the collision and condensation of ash particles and water droplets occur, especially for fine dust particles that can be dissolved by water mist, which fully prepares for the separation of ash particles and then enters the main cylinder.
The main cylinder is a circular cylinder, and water enters the main cylinder from the upper water tank of the dust collector, forming a layer of water film on the inner wall of the entire cylinder to flow from top to bottom. The flue gas enters from the lower part of the cylinder tangentially and rotates upward inside the cylinder. The dusty gas always rubs against the water film on the inner wall of the cylinder under the action of centrifugal force, so that the dusty gas is wetted by the water film. The dust particles flow with the water to the bottom of the dust collector and are discharged through the overflow hole. The bottom of the cylinder is sealed with a water seal groove to prevent the flue gas from leaking out from the bottom. There are cleaning holes for easy cleaning of the bottom of the cylinder. The overflow hole is discharged into the sedimentation tank, and the sedimentation is neutralized before use. The purified gas is dehydrated through the upper conical part of the main cylinder and enters the secondary cylinder for settling, separation, and dehydration. The purified flue gas is discharged into the induced draft fan through the lower part of the secondary cylinder, completing the entire working process.
2、 Characteristics
The characteristics of the Ma Shi water film dust collector are low cost, easy installation, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, durability, and stable performance. The dust removal rate is high, and the dust removal efficiency can generally reach 95-97%. The double tube dust collector has a dust removal efficiency of over 97%, and has strong adaptability.
