1001 Zero Gas Generator

Instrument Introduction:

The 1001 zero gas generator is used to meet the needs of dilution calibration or other environmental applications for dry and clean air. In addition, the device offers a wide range of application options, including fixed bracket or portable.
The zero gas generator is equipped with dual gas water separators and an infiltration dryer to remove moisture from the gas. The removed moisture is further automatically discharged through an adjustable control circuit, cleared from the front panel or calibrated upwards when automatically controlled by the Sabio dilution calibrator.
Air pollutants are removed by reusable dual filtration tanks on the back. The remaining pollutants, such as carbon monoxide or hydrocarbons, can be removed by the internal oxidation device. The internal oxidation device is connected to the temperature controller on the front panel and displays the set temperature and monitored temperature.
