3、 Working principle and process

1. Daily voltage stabilization mode (99% of the time)

  • The stabilizing pump continues to operate, maintaining the pipeline pressure at the set value (such as 0.8MPa)

  • The pressure tank stores approximately 100L of emergency water to reduce frequent pump starts

  • When there is a slight water leakage in the system, it is supplemented by the pressure tank and the stabilizing pump

2. Fire initiation mode (critical response)

Fire hydrant/sprinkler outlet → pipeline pressure drops →
  1. The pressure sensor detects that the pressure is below the start-up threshold (such as 0.7MPa)

  2. PLC controller starts 1 fire hydrant pump/sprinkler pump

  3. If the pressure continues to decrease, start the backup pump (multiple pumps in parallel)

  4. The water tank continues to supply water. When the water level drops to the low water level line, stop the water pump to prevent dry burning

3. System recovery mode

  • After extinguishing the fire, manually/automatically reset

  • Restart the stabilizing pump to restore the pressure in the pipeline network
