3GF three screw pump (bracket installation), working principle of 3GF three screw pump (flange type)
The active screw is driven to rotate by the driving motor or motor. Due to the gap between the active screw and the driven screw, an oil film is formed in the gap. The oil film can protect the rotating screw and screw, as well as the wear of the screw spiral groove and the inner hole of the liner when the screw and liner mesh with each other, and seal them, gradually forming a negative pressure zone in the pump chamber. At this time, under the action of atmospheric pressure, the liquid is pressed into the low-pressure zone of the pump chamber for pressure replenishment and balance. The driving motor continues to rotate, continuously forming a vacuum zone in the pump chamber. At the same time, the screw between the low-pressure zone and high-pressure zone of the pump chamber gradually forms higher pressure, and the liquid begins to be continuously transported under the action of atmospheric pressure.
Usage of 3GF Three Screw Pump (Bracket Installation)
The 3GF three screw pump (bracket mounted) is used to transport media with a temperature ≤ 150 ℃, viscosity 3-760cSt, no solid particles, non corrosive, and lubricating properties.
Applicable pressure range: 0.6-2.5Mpa;
Applicable flow range: 0.6-123m3/h.
Mainly used in fuel transportation, hydraulic engineering, ship engineering, petrochemical and other industries.

4. Pump core components for easy maintenance and replacement of accessories: The pump structure is simple and compact, and the pump core assembly adopts a modular structure that can be removed as a whole for easy maintenance and repair;
