CLB asphalt insulation pump

The CLB asphalt insulation pump is a rotary type, mainly composed of a pump body, a machine base, a driving gear, a driven gear, and a safety valve body. The active shaft is supported by an additional oil containing sleeve and lubricated with HG-24 saturated cylinder oil through an oil cup.

The CLB type asphalt insulation gear pump is mainly used for pumping, transporting, and spraying high-temperature asphalt (residual oil) liquids, suitable for asphalt (residual oil) spraying operations in construction projects such as roads and squares. It can also be used for pumping and transporting non-volatile, low flash point petroleum products at room temperature, such as various engine oils, mechanical oils, and heavy oils.

The CLB type asphalt insulation gear pump is equipped with a safety valve, which has been set to a working pressure of 1-+0.05mpa and sealed with lead at the factory. During operation, the medium enters the suction chamber and is pressed into the discharge chamber and flows out through the rotation of the gear. Adjusting the handwheel can change the output flow rate. When the handwheel is rotated to the right, the safety valve is pushed open, and the pump loses output pressure and stops discharging; When the handwheel is rotated to the left, the safety valve will resume its function and the medium will output normally.

Both sides of the CLB asphalt insulation pump are equipped with connecting heads with conical pipe threads for connecting the inlet pipeline position. The conical pin is made with internal threads for easy disassembly. The sealing paper pad is also used to adjust the axial clearance of the gear, which is specified as a one-way clearance between 0.05-0.08mm.

This type of pump is supplied separately and is not equipped with power or chassis. It can be installed by the user on various construction machinery or equipped with appropriate power devices. The transmission mode can be various coaxial or non coaxial types, but the speed and rotation direction must comply with relevant regulations.
