1、 Product Introduction:

Flexible blade self-priming pump, abbreviated as flexible pump, is also known as flexible rotor pump, flexible rotor pump, or flexible impeller pump based on its working principle and structural characteristics. Flexible blade self-priming pump is a new type of volumetric self-priming pump for vacuum suction (without the need for injection or drainage during initial use), extrusion and drainage. It has first-class dry self-priming ability and strong conveying ability, and can ideally transport materials that are sensitive to shear, have low to medium viscosity, and contain suspended particles. With the stable and pulse free characteristics of centrifugal pumps, it can also transport high viscosity media like rotary pumps, gear pumps, and other volumetric pumps. The rubber impeller does not generate sparks during operation, and when paired with an explosion-proof motor, it can transport flammable and explosive dangerous goods, truly achieving zero safety hazards. Since its invention over twenty years ago, it has been increasingly widely used in various industrial and mining settings.

2、 Working principle:

① There is an eccentric protrusion in the pump chamber. When the flexible blades leave the eccentric protrusion, the volume between the blades continuously increases, creating a vacuum that allows the liquid to be continuously drawn into the inlet of the pump chamber.
② When the flexible blades rotate, the liquid is carried into the discharge section from the suction part of the pump chamber.
③ When the flexible blade comes into contact with the eccentric protrusion again, it bends and undergoes a squeezing action, causing the liquid to be continuously and non pulsating discharged from the pump chamber, thus completing the entire suction and discharge process

3、 Flexible elastomer technology:

As the core technology of flexible pumps, the impeller of the pump should have good elasticity, minimal deformation, and be able to withstand long-term high-frequency bending without breaking or tearing. The performance and durability of the pump are determined by the technology of impeller elastomer, which takes ten years to sharpen a sword. There are two materials for the impeller: hydrogenated nitrile and silicone; Dingqing impeller is mainly used for oily media such as vegetable oil, mineral oil, gasoline, diesel, aviation kerosene, etc. Silicone is mainly used in the food, pharmaceutical and hygiene industries or weak acid and weak base media

6、 Product application:
