4010 gas dilution calibrator

Instrument Introduction:

Users can conveniently calibrate gas dilution, ozone, and GPT using the 4010 gas dilution calibrator. The calibration system of the 4010 instrument is convenient and effective in controlling the dilution of standard gases, and is used for the calibration of environmental air and pollution source analyzers.

The 4010 calibrator uses built-in microprocessor technology to enhance the accuracy of the instrument and control over the calibration system. The instrument can be manually, automatically, or remotely controlled. The calibrator can generate and store 20 calibration sequences, each with up to 20 dilution ratios. Users can input calibration parameters using the buttons on the front panel and external keyboard, and control the calibration action through a series of interfaces.

The gas path system of the 4010 calibrator uses a mass flow controller to measure gas flow rate for linear calibration.

The design of the 4010 calibrator exceeds the requirements of the EPA standard calibration method. All mass flow controllers are calibrated through NIST's standardized transmission.
