● Introduction
Suspended spherical packing, also known as porous rotating spherical suspended packing, is an ideal packing material widely used in domestic water purification processes. In the process of biochemical treatment of sewage, it has an omnidirectional three-dimensional structure, large specific surface area, easy to film, non clogging, easy to replace, acid and alkali resistant, anti-aging, long service life, less excess sludge, and very convenient to fill.
● Product features
The packing is made of high molecular polymer with corrosion resistance, temperature resistance, aging resistance and high strength by injection molding. The spherical packing blades are evenly distributed. The surface of the blades is subject to stretch treatment, which mainly acts as a biofilm carrier, and also has the function of intercepting suspended solids. It has strong biological adhesion, large specific surface area, high porosity, good chemical and biological stability, durability, UV protection, aging resistance, strong hydrophilicity, small resistance, good gas water cutting function and other characteristics. It has a rolling fluidization effect in the process of aeration operation. When filling, it is directly immersed in water, in a suspended state, and can move freely in all directions without dead zones. The amount of filler can vary depending on the concentration of the water and the increase or decrease in water volume. The general dispensing volume is 30% -70% of the pool volume, and the inlet and outlet need to be blocked with grids to prevent them from drifting away with the water.
