Tube type static mixer

A tubular static mixer is a mixing device that uses twisted blades to continuously cut the water flow, instantly change the direction, and achieve mixing effect under turbulent conditions. The pipeline mixer generally has 2-3 mixing unit blades, which can achieve a mixing effect of over 90% between the two media in a few seconds.
Pipeline mixers are generally suitable for mixing multiple streams of water with small changes in flow rate. Rapid mixing between coagulants, coagulants, acid-base solutions, and water. Due to its simple structure, small size, and lack of power equipment, it is the preferred product in fluid mixer equipment.

When there are no special requirements for the mixing unit in the pipeline mixer, two sections are generally set up. According to the working environment, its materials are divided into carbon steel (internal and external anti-corrosion), stainless steel, and fiberglass. The pressure resistance level is divided into three types: 0.25, 0.6, and 1.0 MPa. The number of dosing pipes depends on the diameter of the pipe, and there should be no less than two pipes with a diameter of DN300 or above.
