The filter head and filter plate are the core equipment in the filtration process of water plants. The filter head is a device that collects water during filtration and distributes water and air during backwashing. The filter plate plays a role in fixing the filter head and carrying the filter material layer during filtration. During backwashing, it bears the pressure of air and water. Therefore, the uniformity, flatness, strength, and sealing between the filter head and filter plate are very important, which directly affects the operation safety and effluent effect of the filter tank. The filter head belongs to a low resistance water distribution system, which avoids the disadvantages of large hydraulic losses, easy blockage, and complex structure of high resistance water distribution systems (such as flow tubes). It is currently the most widely used filter water and gas distribution equipment.

Steel concrete filter plate is a device that fixes the filter head and has high upper and lower pressure. Its surface flatness is related to the installation accuracy of the filter head. To ensure high requirements for flatness, our company controls the upper and lower surfaces of the filter plate pouring with steel molds, making the surface of the filter plate smooth and even. The reinforcement and concrete ratio of the filter plate is reasonable, with a reinforcement protection thickness of over 20mm. The filter plate has high strength and long service life. In order to ensure good sealing between the filter plates during installation, each filter plate is equipped with dovetail grooves on all four sides for better embedding. When pouring the filter plate, the filter head base is embedded in it, with accurate positioning, firm and reliable. After the filter plate is poured and formed, it needs to be maintained for a period of time before it can be transported to the site. The flatness of both sides of the filter plate can be controlled within ± 1mm, and the surface error of the same filter tank should not exceed ± 2mm.
