The principle of hard ball valve:
The bidirectional pressure hard contact hard rotary ball valve is developed by combining the sealing performance of ball valves with the structural performance advantages of butterfly valves. It not only has the practical advantages of ball valve sealing, adjustability, and can be used in water pipelines containing fine particles, high temperature, and long service life, but also has the structural advantages of small volume and light weight of butterfly valves. It is essentially a butterfly structure eccentric hemispherical valve, which is installed on the hemispherical valve and fixed ball valve. The sealing principle combines the front end sealing of the fixed ball valve with the forced sealing of the eccentric butterfly valve, thereby achieving fluid cut-off. When the water pump stops running and the outlet pressure of the pipeline is higher than the inlet pressure, the correct use of a rotary ball valve can effectively prevent backflow, which is a function that butterfly valves and half globe valves do not have. The rotary ball valve can be formed into gradient functional materials such as martensitic stainless steel, austenitic stainless steel, hard alloy, etc. using advanced processes such as supersonic plasma spraying and vacuum protection infiltration stack according to different hardness requirements on the sealing surfaces of the main and auxiliary parts. Working principle: The sealing surface of the valve core is a cubic surface, and the sealing surface of the valve seat is a first-order conical surface. At the sealing point, the valve seat surface is actually a cross-section of the cubic surface of the valve core, so its combination is very efficient. It has adaptive (center automatic positioning coincidence) and wear compensation functions.
Because the deviation of the rotation center from the geometric center of the valve core results in the actual effect of the valve core entity continuously retreating and contracting inward when the valve core is opened, and continuously advancing and expanding outward when the valve core is closed. Its function is equivalent to a combination of hemispherical valves, gate valves, globe valves, and butterfly valves.

The main function of a bidirectional flow valve is to seal well both under forward pressure and under reverse pressure or when the reverse pressure is greater than the forward pressure. When positive pressure is applied, the medium pressure pushes the valve plate forward, causing the valve stem to deform. The sealing surface of the valve plate tightly adheres to the sealing surface of the valve seat, transmitting pressure and pushing the valve seat towards the valve body step, ensuring good sealing. When reverse pressure is applied, the medium pressure pushes the valve plate backwards, causing the valve stem to deform. At the same time, the medium pressure pushes the sealing surface of the valve seat to tightly adhere to the sealing surface of the valve plate, transmitting pressure and pushing the valve seat to the extreme deformation position of the valve stem, ensuring good sealing.
