QF3247HRDouble directional pressure hard contact hard rotary ball valve

1Bidirectional flow hard contact hard rotary ball valvesummary:QF3247HRDouble directional pressure hard contact hard rotary ball valveIt is a product of our company's newly launched ball valve series. This valve can not only reliably cut off under forward pressure, but also reliably seal under reverse pressure or when the reverse pressure is much greater than the forward pressure. The valve seal adopts the structure and principle of a hemispherical valve, and the outer shape adopts a butterfly structure, which has the characteristics of small volume and light weight; And it has the characteristics of bidirectional hard sealing, low sealing friction, durability, and lightweight opening and closing, so its cost-effectiveness is much higher than that of hemispherical valves. The successful development and application of this valve is a major technological innovation in the valve industry.

IIQF3247HR bidirectional flow hard impact hard rotary ball valveFeatures:1. Not only can it reliably shut off in forward pressure, but it can also reliably shut off in reverse pressure or when the reverse pressure is much greater than the forward pressure;2. Advanced processes such as space plasma spraying, ether laser sputtering, and vacuum protection overlay welding can be used to form gradient functional materials such as martensitic stainless steel, austenitic stainless steel, hard alloys, metal ceramics, and synthetic diamonds on the two sealing surfaces of the sealing pair according to different hardness requirements;3. Capable of automatic centering (adaptive) and automatic over range compensation for wear;4. Fully utilize the energy of the medium inside the valve when closing, automatically apply sealing pressure to achieve reliable zero leakage of the high hardness sealing pair;

IIIBidirectional flow hard contact hard rotary ball valveWorking Principle:Bidirectional flow hard contact hard rotary ball valveIt can seal well both under forward pressure and under reverse pressure or when the reverse pressure is greater than the forward pressure. When positive pressure is applied, the medium pressure pushes the valve plate forward, causing the valve stem to deform. The sealing surface of the valve plate tightly adheres to the sealing surface of the valve seat, transmitting pressure and pushing the valve seat towards the valve body step, ensuring good sealing. When reverse pressure is applied, the medium pressure pushes the valve plate backwards, causing the valve stem to deform. At the same time, the medium pressure pushes the sealing surface of the valve seat to tightly adhere to the sealing surface of the valve plate, transmitting pressure and pushing the valve seat to the extreme deformation position of the valve stem, ensuring good sealing.
