Performance characteristics of ceramic valves:

1. The parts in contact with the medium are all structural ceramic materials, which have high chemical stability and hardness. This valve has wear resistance, corrosion resistance, erosion resistance, good insulation, and low thermal expansion.2. The sphere adopts grinding equipment and technology, with high roundness. After grinding with the valve seat, good sealing performance can be achieved by utilizing the self lubrication of Zr02 ceramic.3. Changed the disadvantages of metal hard sealed ball valves, such as leakage, high torque, and poor corrosion resistance of sealing surfaces.4. The excellent wear resistance of ceramics allows this valve to be used for a long time, and it is a titanium alloy valve and a Monel valve.5. Used in high hardness granular media or media with soft particles but corrosion.

electricFloating ceramic ball valveFeatures:The ceramic ball valve body is a three-stage structure, made of carbon steel or stainless steel forgings, with a beautiful appearance. The internal medium passage of the valve, including the sphere, valve seat, and connecting pipe, are all made of structural ceramic materials. Structural ceramics have good chemical stability, high hardness, resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, and wear resistance. However, ordinary metal and plastic valves cannot be used for both wear and corrosion resistance. The ceramic internal components of the valve are composed of six parts: a sphere, two valve seats, and two connecting pipes. The overall structure is simple, the flow channel is smooth, and the medium flow resistance is low. The sealing surface between the sphere and the valve seat is a spherical hard seal. Due to the self-cleaning and self-lubricating properties of the structural ceramic, the entire valve has good sealing performance and can be tightly sealed without requiring a lot of pressure, thereby reducing the torque of the valve stem and ensuring smooth opening and closing.
