1、 Product Introduction

The CDLF vertical multi-stage circulating pump is a multi-stage centrifugal pump product designed and manufactured by our company based on foreign pipeline centrifugal pump types, combined with user requirements and relevant fire safety standards, and in accordance with JB/TQ6435-92 standards.

2、 Product principle

The suction and discharge ports of the water pump are located on the same straight line. The rotor components consist of shafts, impellers, impeller sleeves, shaft sleeves, and other parts. The inlet, middle, and outlet sections are connected by tension bolts. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal and is lubricated and cooled with pressure water from the balance chamber. Vertical multi-stage circulating pump is a pump type used in various industries for transporting cold and hot water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water.

3、 Application scope

Widely used in the circulation and pressurization of hot and cold clean water in high-pressure operating systems, parallel water supply of multiple pumps in high-rise buildings, fire protection, boiler water supply and cooling water systems, and the transportation of various flushing liquids.

6、 Precautions

1. Before starting the power supply, check whether the inlet and outlet pipelines are selected correctly. For example, whether the entrance and exit are open, whether the pipeline circulation route is correct, whether the liquid in the medicine tank is normal, and whether there is any damage to the pipeline.

2. Operating in hazardous environments or liquids, wearing protective clothing and face shields, and wearing safety shoes and socks.

3. Check various protective switches. For example, whether the liquid switch, tank level controller, and power protection switch are all in the normal operating position.

4. After starting the power supply, check whether the outlet flow is normal. If the flow is too small, stop the power supply immediately, and then check the inlet and outlet pipelines to remove obstacles.
