1、 Product Introduction
Spiral shell centrifugal pump is mainly used to transport clean water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water at a temperature not exceeding 105 ℃. Suitable for conveying liquids in water plants, pump stations, power stations, air conditioning circulating water, heating hot water circulation, industrial water supply systems, fire protection systems, ships, oil refining industry (general liquids) and other occasions.

4、 Product usage
When starting up, the pump with a coupling can remove the connecting part and jog the motor to test the direction of rotation. Alternatively, without disassembling the coupling, test the motor rotation when there is water in the pump. If the electric motor is directly connected to the pump, it is also necessary to ensure that there is water in the pump before testing the steering. It is strictly prohibited to directly start (pump) and test the direction of the electric motor when there is no water in the pump.
Before starting up, the pump must be filled with water. When starting up, open the inlet valve, close the outlet valve, start the motor, and slowly open the outlet valve to the required flow or pressure after the motor runs at normal speed. Attention: Do not allow the pump to run for a long time in the outlet valve that is not open and in the small flow specified by the pump. When the pump is running, it is forbidden to use the inlet valve to regulate the flow, and the inlet valve must be kept at a large opening.
When shutting down, first close the outlet valve, then turn off the motor. If the inlet valve is installed, it should be closed after the motor stops to ensure that there is water intake in the pump (if there is a one-way valve, it can be left open). During the anti freezing period in the north or when the ambient temperature is lower than the freezing temperature of the liquid, the water in the pump must be drained to prevent cracking. If the pump is not used for a long time, the water in the pump must be drained, and if necessary, the pump should be disassembled, parts cleaned for rust prevention, and properly stored.
