5、 Precautions

1. The coordination of various components of the blade rotating mechanism should be flexible, not loose or jammed.

2. There is a gap of 0.10-0.15mm between the rotating arm and the end of the thrust sleeve.

3. 5.7.3 The combination of blade pivot and rotor should correspond to the number, and the blade pivot and shaft sleeve should have a displacement of no more than 0.50mm in the uranium direction.

4. The ring key of the fixed blade should have a transitional fit in the keyway.

5. The spring, pressure ring, and gasket of the blade sealing device, as well as the contact area between the rotor body and the gasket, should be flat and of uniform thickness.

6. The allowable deviation value for the levelness of the upper flange surface of the oil distributor base is 0.06mm/m; The allowable radial runout at the oil distributor is 0.10mm.

7. The coaxiality between the regulator and the transmission shaft of the high-temperature vertical pump is 0.06mm.
