1、 Product Introduction:

The closed-loop condensate recovery device, utilizing an intelligent multifunctional fully automatic control system, is currently an advanced condensate recovery product. This product has the characteristics of automatic opening and closing, automatic sound and light alarm, automatic pressure adjustment, and dual pump automatic switching operation. To ensure the normal operation of centrifugal pumps, extend their service life, and improve their operating conditions, multiple advanced cavitation elimination technologies have been applied, effectively solving the cavitation problem of centrifugal pumps.

All hot condensate water is recovered in a closed manner, without secondary steam leakage, and avoiding contact between condensate water and air, as well as other impurities that can pollute the water quality. The recovered condensate water can be directly used as boiler feed water.

The application of advanced steam water separation and gas-liquid two-phase automatic balance adjustment technology, as well as cavitation elimination technology, has eliminated the cavitation phenomenon of centrifugal pumps and ensured their normal operation.

3、 Basic principle:

When the system is running, the high-temperature condensed water generated by the heating equipment first enters the residual pressure conveying pipe network and device through the steam trap. When the pressure of a single or multiple pipelines is equal, the condensed water directly enters the recovery device; When the pressure of multiple pipelines is unequal, low-pressure condensed water and high-pressure condensed water enter the multi-channel collector and then enter the recovery device. After entering the recovery device, the condensed water is pressurized and recovered by the centrifugal pump controlled by the control system in the control cabinet through devices such as residual pressure utilization, steam water separation, drainage and pressurization, and cavitation elimination through a liquid level transmitter.
