The YZ type slurry pump is a vertical single-stage single suction cantilever centrifugal pump structure, with a semi open impeller and a stirring blade extending from the suction edge of the impeller. Purpose of YZ unobstructed submersible pump:

Submerged slurry pumps are suitable for transporting abrasive or corrosive slurry and are widely used in metallurgy, mining, petroleum, chemical, coal, power, transportation, river dredging, building materials, and municipal engineering departments

Installation and use of long axis underwater mortar pump:

1. Check the ball bearings, and replace them if the inner and outer sleeves are worn, loose, the ball bearings are worn, or there are spots on the surface. Clean the bearings with gasoline or kerosene and apply butter for storage if they are still usable.

If disassembly is convenient, the submersible pump and pipeline can be removed and cleaned thoroughly.

3. Drain the remaining water from the submersible pump and pipeline.

If the submersible pump and pipeline are not disassembled, the outlet should be sealed with a cover plate to prevent debris from entering.

5. Check if there are cracks or small holes on the impeller, and if the impeller fixing nut is loose. If it is damaged, it should be repaired or replaced. Check the clearance at the impeller wear reducing ring. If it exceeds the specified value, it should be repaired or replaced.

6. Clean all screws and bolts with a wire brush and apply engine oil or soak them in diesel for storage.

When the transmission tape is not in use, it should be removed, cleaned and dried with warm water, and stored in a place without direct sunlight. It should also not be stored in places with oil stains, corrosive substances, or smoke. Under no circumstances should the tape be contaminated with oily substances such as engine oil, diesel, or gasoline, and do not apply rosin or other viscous substances to the tape. Before using the tape, the white powder on the contact surface of the tape must be removed.

In addition to strictly following the instructions for use, it is also necessary to carry out maintenance and upkeep work on the submersible pump in order to extend its service life.

Instructions for using the submersible pump:

1. It is strictly prohibited to loosen or tighten the bolts and other accessories of the pressurized part of the submersible pump during operation.

2. During the operation of the submersible pump, it is not allowed to wipe or inspect its rotating parts.

3. Maintenance must be carried out by qualified personnel.

4. During the maintenance process, only approved materials can be used.

5. Equipment maintenance should be strictly carried out in accordance with the safety operating procedures of this profession.
