FZB fluoroplastic reinforced alloy self-priming pump is suitable for transporting any medium of any concentration for a long time at temperatures ranging from -20 ℃ to 80 ℃, including acids, oxidants, and corrosive media (excluding fast hard crystalline media). The FZB and FZB-L fluoroplastic alloy self-priming pumps produced by our company are suitable for transporting any medium of any concentration for a long time at temperatures ranging from -20 ℃ to 80 ℃, including acids, oxidants, and corrosive media (excluding fast hard crystalline media). The overcurrent part is made entirely of various fluorine materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroethylene propylene through reasonable formula molding and processing. It combines the advantages of various fluoroplastics, has strong corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, no aging, and no toxin decomposition.

FZB and FZB-L self-priming pumps are a new series of fluoroplastic synthetic corrosion-resistant products designed according to the requirements of users in the chemical industry. The pump adopts an external mixed self-priming structure, and the pump body must be filled with solution before starting. Frequent starting in the future does not require water injection or vacuum pumping, making it easy to operate, safe and convenient. This product is widely used in industries such as chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, pesticide, paint, smelting and papermaking, electroplating, and food. The seal adopts a mechanical seal jointly produced by the British company Granpan and China. It has enjoyed a reputation for corrosion resistance in the market for several years since its trial production and use. At present, it is the ideal anti-corrosion conveying equipment to prevent running, emitting, and dripping and build a civilized factory.

3、 The FZB-L fluoroplastic synthetic pump consists of a pump body, impeller, rear cover, gland, seal, bracket, pump shaft, bearing, coupling, suspension bolt, nut, and base plate.

1. Pump body: One steel flange ring is embedded in the connecting parts on both sides, and it is made of molded fluoroplastic alloy.

2. Rear cover: A stainless steel plate (Cr18Ni9T) is embedded on the right side and made of molded fluoroplastic alloy.

3. Impeller: The shaft connection method is adopted, and the metal shaft is made of high-quality steel processed and wrapped with fluoroplastic molded. Securely connect the impeller to the metal shaft, ensuring that the shaft root and the rear of the impeller withstand the torque force during rotation, so that the wetted part of the medium is entirely made of fluoroplastic.

4. Mechanical seal: Adopting the new technology of adjustable end face seal without cooling water (WB2 type, 169 type) jointly produced by the British company Gran and domestic manufacturers, it is made of F50-1, high-purity alumina ceramic, filled four gas, graphite and other materials. 2、 Working principle: The impeller is driven to rotate by the motor through an elastic coupling directly connected to the pump shaft. The root of the impeller shaft and the pump shaft are rotated by passing a 12mm bolt through the center of the pump shaft through a Mohs taper and tightening it with a nut at the end of the coupling. The blades in the impeller force the liquid to rotate, doing work on the liquid and increasing its energy. The liquid is thrown out of the impeller under the action of centrifugal force, and the velocity energy is converted into pressure energy through the vortex flow channel of the pump body. When the liquid in the impeller is thrown out, the pressure inside the impeller is lower than that in the inlet pipe. Under the pressure difference, new liquid is sucked into the impeller, causing the liquid to continuously flow from the pump to the center of the river. Discussion on the Journey

4、 Installation and disassembly

A. Pump installation:

(1) The pump and motor are installed by our factory before leaving the factory. As long as the pump is placed in a horizontal position, connected to the inlet and outlet pipes, and powered on, it can work

(2) The pump body is made of fluoroplastic alloy, which has lower rigidity than metal, so the weight of the pipeline cannot be directly pressed on the pump body. The suction pipe should be as short and straight as possible, and if the outlet pipe is too heavy, additional brackets should be added to support it to extend its service life. (3) All joints must be sealed to prevent air and liquid leakage from affecting the pump's performance.

B. Disassembly of pump:

(1) This series of pumps is connected to the motor using a claw type coupling. When disassembling, first loosen the four connecting bolts between the bracket and the base to separate the pump from the motor.

(2) Loosen the connecting bolts between the pump body and the rear cover, and gently tap the pump body with a wooden handle to detach it.

(3) Loosen the hanging bolt connecting the impeller shaft and pump shaft with a Mohs taper at the center of the connecting shaft.

(4) Loosen the fixing screws of the mechanical seal dynamic ring, lightly tap the central suspension bolt of the coupling with a hammer to loosen the Mohs taper of the impeller shaft and pump shaft, then pull out the impeller, rear cover, and sealing dynamic ring, loosen the cover screw on the rear cover, and remove the static ring.

(5) Loosen the left and right cover screws of the pump shaft, remove the pump shaft, bearings, and clean the bracket oil chamber.

(1) If vibration or abnormal sound is found during operation, the vehicle should be stopped immediately to investigate the cause and troubleshoot before starting work. 3. Assembly

(1) Install the sealing components such as the dynamic ring, static ring, rear cover, gland, impeller, pump body, etc. in the reverse order of disassembly and tighten the bolts. (2) Assemble the back cover with the static ring cover and tighten the bolts. Use a soft cleaning cloth to wipe off the static ring end face and apply lubricating oil. (3) When installing the pump body, check the bolts and threads to prevent tightening and damaging the threads inside the pump body. Check if the impeller position is aligned with the flow channel (4) and install the outlet flange ring.

5、 The use and precautions of mechanical seals

This series of pumps is equipped with mechanical seals made of different materials according to different usage conditions. Our factory normally installs the WB2 type seal, which is made of elastic graphite with alumina ceramic and filled with PTFE. When using the core, please pay attention to the following points: 1. Generally, mechanical seals are suitable for clean media without suspended hard particles. If there are particles, please inform us in advance when signing the contract that the newly installed series of pipelines and storage tanks should be washed thoroughly to prevent solid impurities from entering the sealing end face and causing seal failure. 2. When using mechanical seals in crystalline media, attention should be paid to frequent flushing. Before restarting after parking, the sealing end face should be kept clean

Rinse the crystals clean. 3. Disassembling mechanical seals should be done carefully, and it is not allowed to use hammers, iron tools, or other objects to strike, in order to avoid damaging the sealing surfaces of the dynamic and static rings. 4. If the dirt on the mechanical seal cannot be removed after long-term use, do not forcefully tap it. Instead, try to remove the dirt and flush it clean

Afterwards, disassemble again to ensure that the components are intact and undamaged. 5. Before installing the mechanical seal, all sealing components should be checked for failure or damage. If any are found, they should be replaced or repaired. The damage to the sealing surface of the dynamic and static rings should be strictly inspected, and there should be no minor scratches, broken edges, or defects. All components (including the pump body, impeller, rear cover, gland, sealing chamber, etc.) should be washed clean before installation, especially the end face of the dynamic and static rings, which should be carefully wiped clean with a clean soft cloth or cotton yarn, and then coated with a layer of clean grease or engine oil.

6. When assembling, pay attention to the parallelism between the static ring and the back cover, remove deviations, and tighten the screws to the edges or pin them tightly to avoid deviation and affect the sealing effect.

7. Correctly adjust the compression force of the spring so that it is not too tight or too loose. When installing the pump, rotate it by hand first. You should feel that the sealing effect has a certain compression force, and it can rotate smoothly and flexibly. If there is no such feeling, adjust the compression force of the spring to ensure the sealing effect.
