Structure of Cupola Dust Removal Equipment
The structure of cupola dust removal equipment is mainly composed of pre wetting mixing mechanism, * venturi tube, impact dust collection mechanism, secondary foam purification mechanism, * dehydrator, water circulation system, elbow dehydrator, fan, etc. The waste gas enters the venturi through the pre wetting mixing mechanism. (There is a water film at the nozzle and a water mist at the throat) to atomize the spray water droplets and water film. The impact dust collection mechanism performs the primary dust removal, and then the secondary foam purification mechanism performs the secondary full purification and desulfurization. Then, the rising gas rises in the dust remover at a slower flow rate. The water vapor is separated by gravity and the dehydrator. The clean gas is discharged into the atmosphere by the elbow dehydrator and the secondary dehydration is discharged by the induced draft fan.
The structure of the blast furnace dust collector is compact, corrosion-resistant, high-temperature resistant, and has a long service life.
