Wide spacing electrostatic precipitator is a device that uses electrostatic purification method to capture dust in flue gas. Its clean cleaning work mainly relies on two systems: discharge electrode and precipitation electrode.
When high-voltage direct current is input between the two poles, the electrode space generates anions and cations, which act on the surface of the exhaust gas dust particles passing through the electrostatic field. Under the action of the electric field force, they move towards the electrode with opposite polarity and deposit on the electrode, achieving the purpose of dust collection. Both polar systems have vibration devices. When the vibration hammer periodically strikes the polar devices, the dust adhering to them is shaken off and falls into the lower ash hopper, which is discharged outside the machine through the ash discharge device. The purified exhaust gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney at the outlet, completing the flue gas purification process.
Performance characteristics of wide spacing electrostatic precipitator:
1. High purification efficiency, electrostatic precipitators can improve dust removal efficiency by lengthening the electric field length, increasing the effective flow area of the electric field, improving the control quality of the controller, and regulating the flue gas to meet the required dust removal efficiency. For conventional electrostatic precipitators, their dust removal efficiency is generally higher than 99% during normal operation. Capable of collecting fine dust particles larger than 0.01 microns. In the design, different operating parameters can be used to meet the required purification efficiency.
2. Low resistance loss, low equipment resistance, and low total energy consumption. The total energy consumption of an electrostatic precipitator is composed of the energy consumption of equipment resistance, power supply device, heating device, vibration and ancillary equipment (such as ash discharge motor, gasification fan, etc.). The resistance loss of an electrostatic precipitator is generally 150-300Pa, which is about 1/5 of that of a bag filter, and its share in the total energy consumption is relatively low. Generally, processing a smoke volume of 1000m/h requires 0.2-0.8kWh of electricity consumption. Generally below 20 millimeters of water column, compared with cyclone dust collectors, even considering the power consumption of the power supply unit and vibration mechanism, the total power consumption is still relatively small.
3. The smoke treatment capacity is large. Due to its modular structure, electrostatic precipitators can achieve large-scale installation. The electric field cross-sectional area of a single electrostatic precipitator reaches 400 square meters.
4. High operating temperatures are allowed, such as the SHWB circuit dust collector which allows an operating temperature of 250 ℃, while other types can reach 350-400 ℃ or higher.
5. It can fully achieve automatic control of operations.
