It is one of the main varieties of high-temperature resistant filter materials.
Performance of PPS needle punched felt dust removal bag in the following applications:
1. The sulfur-containing oxides in fuel or flue gas have been proven to be fibers with strong resistance to acid and alkali corrosion and chemical resistance.
2. In situations where flue gas contains moisture.
3. The working temperature is 190 ℃, the short-term working temperature is 232 ℃, the melting point is 285 ℃, and the ultimate oxygen index is 34-35.
4. Suitable for situations with an oxygen content of 15% or less.
5. Under the temperature range of 190-232 ℃ in industrial and mining conditions, PPS filter bags have excellent performance records when the air cloth ratio is as high as 5:1 for online ash cleaning and 6:1 for offline ash cleaning.
