Compared with other single machines in China, the UF type single machine dust collector is economical, practical, structurally simple and compact, easy to install, and easy to maintain (internal filter type). It is mainly used for dust collection at various dust emission points such as warehouse tops, warehouse bottoms, warehouse tops, and various conveying equipment. When multiple machines are combined, it can also be used as a dust collection equipment on continuous working lines such as small mills and crushers. The unit adopts a combination bag made of polyester woven fabric, with an inlet temperature of<120 ℃, an inlet concentration of 100g/Nm3, and an outlet emission concentration of<100mg/Nm3. If there are special purposes, a single bag filter made of stainless steel and aluminum structure with corrosion-resistant and temperature resistant filter material can also be provided.

The UF type single machine dust collector mainly consists of the following parts:

(1) Box body: including shell, filter bag, maintenance door, filter bag hoop, flower board, designed with a pressure resistance of 2500Pa;

(2) Exhaust system: including 1. fan, 2. fan with motor;

(3) Shaking mechanism: including a shaking reduction motor, a curved rod, a shaking connecting rod, and a shaking shaft (also known as a filter bag suspension shaft);

(4) The intake and exhaust parts.

The cleaning method of UF single machine bag dust collector:

The UF single machine bag dust collector uses shaking to clean dust, and its working principle is different from the vibration cleaning and shaking cleaning in mechanical cleaning. Instead, it provides a reciprocating force on the axis of the filter bag through the reciprocating shaking of the shaking shaft. The filter bag then converts this reciprocating force into radial shaking motion, and the amplitude and frequency of its shaking depend on parameters such as the length of the bag, the radius and frequency of the shaking shaft. When these parameters are well coordinated, their vibration force has a maximum value, which is sufficient to remove dust on the filter material. Obviously, in the filtering state, due to the pressure of the airflow, the filter bag forms a cylindrical shape, and the reciprocating motion of the shaking shaft cannot be converted into radial vibration of the filter bag. This is one of the reasons why it must be stopped for dust cleaning.
