DLY type pit pump DLY type pit chemical process pump ring is a vertical, single-stage single suction submersible pump, suitable for transporting various types of wastewater containing particles. Adopting a shaft connection structure, the underwater length can reach 7 meters, replacing submersible pumps. Structural features:
The rotor components can be adjusted axially. The rotor components are supported by multiple points, ensuring safe and reliable pump operation. The sliding bearings are lubricated externally and have a protective shaft structure with a shaft sleeve. The sliding bearings are sprayed and made with a double volute pump body (with a diameter of 80mm or more), which can balance radial forces, reduce radial force on the rotor components, minimize shaft deflection, reduce sliding shaft wear, and have a long service life.
