1. This series of pumps is a horizontal structure, with the pump casing horizontally split into a chestnut body and a chestnut cover. The suction and discharge ports of the pump are both located on the pump body below the axis of the water pump, perpendicular to the axis in a horizontal direction. During maintenance, there is no need to disassemble the inlet and outlet pipelines and the motor(or other prime movers), simply remove the pump cover to facilitate maintenance and replacement of parts.
2. The pump shaft is supported by two single row radial ball bearings, which are installed in the bearing bodies at both ends of the pump body and lubricated with grease. Compared with similar pumps in China, the shaft diameter and bearings are larger, making the shaft and bearings more reliable, running more smoothly, and having a longer service life.
3When viewed from the coupling towards the pump, the water pump rotates clockwise. A counterclockwise rotating pump can also be provided as needed, but it should be clearly stated when ordering. Due to the use of stop washers and round nuts to fix the rotor tail end bearings, it is possible to prevent loosening of the shaft nuts caused by reverse rotation during shutdown. When changing the rotation direction on site, no parts need to be changed, only the impeller needs to be removed and reinstalled as needed.
4. The pump body and pump cover form the working chamber of the impeller. The pressure chamber of the medium and high lift pump is a double volute chamber, and the radial force of the pump is basically balanced. The double suction sealing ring is used to reduce the leakage of water from the pump pressure chamber back to the suction chamber from the impeller. There are threaded holes for installing vacuum and pressure gauges on the inlet and outlet flanges, and the lower part of the inlet and outlet flanges is threaded for discharging water.
5. The impeller undergoes static balance verification, and the axial force of the double suction impeller is balanced by the symmetrical arrangement of its blades.
6. The water pump is directly driven by an electric motor through an elastic pin coupling or a diaphragm coupling, and can also be driven by an internal combustion engine if necessary.
7. Mechanical seals are generally used for shaft seals, and soft packing seals can also be used according to user needs. In order to cool and lubricate the sealing chamber and prevent air leakage into the pump, a return pipe component is installed outside the pump. When the water pump is working, a small amount of high-pressure water is introduced into the shaft sealing chamber to serve as a water seal.
