3. The self-priming principle and precautions of MBHZ magnetic driven self-priming chemical magnetic pump:

According to the principle of gas-liquid mixing self-priming, it is designed with an external mixing structure. The working process of gas-liquid mixed self-priming pump: usually try to make a certain amount of water stored in the pump. After the pump is started, due to the rotation of the impeller, the air and water in the suction path are fully mixed and discharged into the air-water separation chamber. The gas in the upper part of the gas water separation chamber escapes, while the water in the lower part returns to the impeller and mixes with the remaining gas in the suction pipeline until all the gas in the pump and inlet pipeline is exhausted, completing self-priming and normal pumping. Considering the inherent characteristics of self-priming pumps, it is recommended not to install a bottom valve at the inlet of the suction pipe to avoid increasing the resistance loss of the inlet pipeline, reducing the self-priming height, and prolonging the self-priming time; Do not install check valves in the outlet pipeline, as this is not conducive to gas discharge. If it is necessary to install a check valve in the outlet pipeline for safety reasons, an additional exhaust should be installed between the check valve and the pump outlet.
