3. Characteristics:

1) The segmented shell is sealed by a restricted O-ring, so the shell seal is not affected by rapid temperature changes and high pressure;

2) By fixing the shell with external threaded bolts, the large inlet diameter can optimize the flow state of the inlet, reduce the flow velocity in the channel to achieve noise reduction effect, and allow for higher forces and moments;

3) The critical speed is higher than the operating speed; Extremely small shaft deflection. The worn area is protected. The speed can reach 4000 rpm;

4) In the case of low NPSHa, some specifications of pumps can choose the first stage double suction impeller;

5) Foot support is a standard design, and centerline support can be used for large sizes and high temperature conditions;

6) The balance drum device can balance the majority of axial forces. At normal operating conditions, by selecting the diameter of the balance drum, the axial force can be reduced to the bottom, and residual and additional axial forces are borne by the thrust tapered roller bearings. The design of the balance drum can adapt to running at the end of the curve, with a flow rate of up to 130% of the efficiency point and almost no wear.
