Overview
The denitrification ammonia escape online monitoring system (TK-1100 model) is an honor product of our company. This system includes three main parts: pre-treatment system, gas analyzer, and data processing and display. The sampling method of this system is in-situ high-temperature tracing extraction. The basic principle of this system is based on ultraviolet differential absorption spectroscopy (DOAS) technology and tunable semiconductor laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) technology

(6) Production process equipment, exhaust gas collection systems, and pollution control facilities should operate synchronously. When the exhaust gas collection system or pollution control facilities malfunction or undergo maintenance, the corresponding production process equipment should be stopped and put into use together after the maintenance is completed.

7. Coal fired boiler

(1) Storage and transportation of fuel and ash residue

a. The coal storage yard should adopt a fully enclosed type, and the ground of the yard should be hardened. Fly ash in the factory area should be stored in a sealed ash silo, and dust prevention measures should be taken at the outlet of the ash unloading pipeline; Slag should be stored in a slag silo and dust prevention measures such as dust curtains and enclosures should be taken;

b. Dust suppression measures such as spraying should be taken during the coal unloading process in the coal storage yard. Coal transportation should use enclosed types such as belts or overpasses, and dust prevention measures such as spraying or sealing should be taken at the coal drop points. The coal bunker inlet should be equipped with a gas collection hood, and the transportation of fly ash should use tank trucks.

(2) Screening and crushing of materials

a. Due to the process requirements for setting up coal screening and crushing processes, screening and crushing should be carried out in a closed factory building. The screening process should be equipped with a gas hood and dust removal facilities. During the crushing process, the inlet and outlet of the crusher should be sealed or equipped with a gas collection hood, and dust removal facilities should be installed;

b. Limestone powder production should be carried out in a closed factory building, and limestone powder should be transported by tanker trucks and stored in a sealed environment.

(3) Factory environment

The factory area and the connecting lines with the main roads should be hardened, and the exposed ground in the factory area should be treated with dust suppression measures such as hardening and recording. The roads should be hardened and regularly cleaned and watered. The rainwater drainage ditch and green belt in the factory area should be cleaned up in a timely manner to prevent dust accumulation. Set up vehicle washing facilities for material import and export (which can meet the needs of winter operation).

(4) Production process equipment, exhaust gas collection systems, and pollution control facilities should operate synchronously. When the exhaust gas collection system or pollution control facilities malfunction or undergo maintenance, the corresponding production process equipment should be stopped and put into use together after the maintenance is completed.

8. Key enterprises in other industries

(1) Material transportation

a. The transportation of bulk powdered materials should be carried out using closed carriages or tank trucks;

b. The transportation of bagged powdered materials, as well as granular, block shaped and other materials that are prone to dust generation, should be carried out in enclosed carriages or covered tightly with dust-proof cloth or mesh, and no materials should be scattered;

c. The factory area and the connecting lines with the main roads should be hardened and regularly cleaned and watered to maintain cleanliness. Dust and ash accumulation in rainwater drainage ditches and green belts in the factory area should be cleaned up in a timely manner. Vehicles should clean their wheels and bodies before leaving coal yards, material yards, storage facilities, and sheds

(2) Material loading and unloading

Materials that are prone to dust during loading and unloading should be handled in one of the following ways:

a. The discharge port is tightly connected to the loading port of the closed transport vehicle for closed operation;

b. Material loading and unloading shall be carried out in enclosed buildings, and dust collection devices shall be installed at the loading and unloading positions. Bag dust removal devices shall be equipped or control measures such as watering and humidification shall be taken to prevent dust from escaping.

(3) Material storage

a. Powdered materials should be stored in sealed silos or enclosed buildings;

b. Granular, block shaped and other materials should be stored in storage warehouses or sheds, or in sealed silos. Storage warehouses and sheds should have solid walls (or enclosures) and roofs on at least three sides, and the open side should avoid the upwind direction of the prevailing wind direction throughout the year.

(4) Material transfer and transportation

One of the following methods should be adopted for the transfer and transportation of materials that are prone to emitting dust within the factory:

a. Adopting a closed conveying system;
