The filter cotton of the photo oxygen machine was missing and had not been cleaned for a long time, resulting in serious oil accumulation and inability to achieve the collection and treatment effect.

On May 14th, it was found during inspection that Yuanda Valve Group Co., Ltd. had no pollutant discharge permit and was engaged in illegal production and discharge of pollutants; The waste gas collection and treatment facilities in the wax making process of the second workshop cannot operate normally, and the waste gas is discharged without effective treatment.

On May 16th, it was found during inspection that the asphalt cooling process of Hebei Xiangjiu Graphite Co., Ltd. did not install waste gas collection and treatment facilities as required, and the waste gas was directly discharged; The graphite workshop, roasting workshop, and screening machine feeding process have not installed dust collection and treatment facilities, resulting in severe unorganized dust emissions.

On May 17th, it was found during inspection that the material shed discharge port of Kuishan Cement Co., Ltd. did not install dust collection and treatment facilities as required; The spraying facilities above the sandstone raw material warehouse have been idle for a long time and have not been used, resulting in serious unorganized dust emissions.

On May 17th, it was found during inspection that Hebei Jinlong Cement Group Co., Ltd. had no pollutant discharge permit and was engaged in illegal production and discharge of pollutants; The dust collection hood at the feeding port of the material shed is not set up properly, resulting in poor dust collection efficiency; Large quantities of production materials are stored outdoors, with incomplete covering and serious dust pollution.

On May 21st, it was discovered during inspection that the alcohol based fuel boiler at Shenglei Cement Parts Factory had been put into operation without environmental inspection; The workshop and material shed were not sealed as required, and the internal organs of the workshop were disorderly and poor, resulting in serious unorganized dust emissions.

On May 21st, it was found during inspection that the pollution prevention and control facilities in the ball making workshop of Xingang Metallurgical Materials Technology Development Co., Ltd. were not set up in a standardized manner, and the dust collection effect was poor; The discharge port of the smelting workshop did not install pollution prevention and control facilities as required, resulting in serious unorganized dust emissions.

On May 22nd, it was found during inspection that Hebei Jia'ao Glycerol Chemical Co., Ltd. had violated the acceptance regulations, including not accepting noise and solid waste pollutants according to the standard specifications. The non methane total hydrocarbon monitoring removal rate in the acceptance report did not meet the monitoring standard requirements, and the unorganized emission concentration in the workshop was not monitored as required; Two 20 ton coal-fired boilers were not phased out and dismantled according to the management requirements, and also violated the requirement of one in use and one backup in the environmental impact assessment approval, with two boilers being used simultaneously; The fuel coal screening and feeding system is not equipped with dust collection and treatment facilities, resulting in severe unorganized dust emissions.

On May 23rd, it was found during inspection that the Jinfeng Iron Powder Processing Plant had started construction without environmental approval procedures; Lack of dust control facilities at the inlet of the crusher; Sand and gravel raw materials are stored outdoors without covering, resulting in unorganized dust emissions.

On May 14th, it was found during inspection that four forklifts of Fengfeng Dewang Coal Washing Co., Ltd. were not installed with exhaust gas purification devices as required, and the exhaust gas was discharged directly; The outdoor operation of the mobile crusher did not take dust suppression measures, resulting in serious dust pollution.
