1、 System Overview

When the exhaust gas collection system or pollution control facilities malfunction or undergo maintenance, the corresponding production process equipment should be stopped and put into use together after the maintenance is completed; All bare land in the factory area has been hardened and greened; Equipped with cleaning and sweeping facilities, fulfilling cleaning and sweeping responsibilities, keeping the roads, rainwater drainage ditches, and green belts in the factory area clean and free of dust and dirt accumulation.

2. Cement industry

(1) Mining and material storage yard

a. Mining operations should use drilling machines equipped with dust collectors;

b. Mining transportation roads should be hardened, and feasible measures such as machine sweeping and watering should be taken to maintain cleanliness and control road dust;

c. The material storage yard is completely closed, spray and other dust prevention measures are taken during material loading and unloading, and the material outlet is equipped with a vehicle washing device (which can meet the needs of winter operation).

(2) Broken

When crushing materials such as limestone, gypsum, clinker, coal, and mixed materials in the factory, a gas hood should be installed at the inlet of the crusher, and a closed device should be used at the outlet, equipped with dust removal facilities.

(3) Grinding powder

The feeding device before grinding should be sealed. The tail discharge port and dust collector outlet should be equipped with air locking devices.

(4) Drying

The connection between the dryer and the hood should be sealed, and the discharge port and dust outlet of the dust collector should be equipped with air locking devices.

(5) Calcination

a. The kiln system should maintain negative pressure, undergo regular inspections, and promptly address any air or material leaks;

b. The discharge port of the clinker cooler should be equipped with a gas collection hood and dust removal facilities.
